Information we collect

Account & seller information: name, contact details, and store information you provide directly.

Conversation & order data: messages, comments, and DMs relayed through the Instagram Graph API and Telegram Bot API, to the extent needed to identify the product, size, and quantity of an order.

Payment data: payments are processed by Iranian payment gateways (ZarinPal, IDPay, Saman Bank); Sellfee does not store full card numbers.

Receipt images: for card-to-card transfers, receipt images are used only for OCR verification and fraud screening.

Usage & analytics data: aggregated visit statistics for the marketing site.

How we use it

To run the order pipeline end to end, from message to payment to shipping.

To detect fraud and verify payments.

To improve AI features — always with human review, never a fully automated decision.

To respond to support requests.

To meet legal obligations.

Storage & security

Each seller's data is isolated from other sellers, storage is encrypted, and optional two-factor authentication is available for seller accounts. Access is limited to what's operationally necessary.

Sharing with third parties

Payment gateways, our SMS provider (Kavenegar), shipping carriers (Iran Post, Snappbox), and messaging platforms (Instagram, Telegram) receive only the data needed to perform that specific function. Sellfee does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising.

Data retention

Data is retained for as long as an account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through the contact page.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, this page and its "last updated" date will be updated.
