About Sellfee
Sellfee connects Instagram and Telegram conversations to orders, payment, and shipping — without requiring a seller to build a website first.
What we do
Sellfee connects a seller's Instagram DMs, comments, and Telegram bot to a single order pipeline. AI reads each incoming message to detect the product, size, and quantity a customer wants, while the seller reviews and controls every step.
Confirmed orders connect to Iranian payment gateways (ZarinPal, IDPay, Saman Bank), and on higher plans, to WhatsApp Business, TikTok Shop, and an existing WordPress/WooCommerce store via StoreBridge.
AI that assists, humans who decide
AI drafts replies, verifies receipts with OCR, and flags suspicious patterns — but a human seller makes the final call before anything ships. Sellfee doesn't publish a claim without showing its confidence level and the handoff path to a human.
Built for multiple markets, Iran first
Persian (RTL) and English (LTR) interfaces, Jalali and Gregorian calendars, per-seller data isolation, encrypted storage, and optional two-factor login are part of Sellfee's architecture from day one, not a layer added later.
Today's live payment and shipping rails are Iranian: ZarinPal, IDPay, Saman Bank, Iran Post, and Snappbox.
Where we are today
Sellfee is in design-partner beta — a limited number of sellers work directly with the product team so the platform is shaped by real usage before a general launch.
